In no shape or form do we agree with war as a solution to global problems. When war hits, it’s hard to sometimes remember that the other side is still made up of people who are our own brothers & sisters in this global Earth family.

So we wanted to share with you photographs that help reminds us both, that the citizens of Libya, who are currently fighting for their freedom are people just like us.

Young guys & girls who wanna go to the cinema, hangout with their friends & family, fall in love, buy a cool car, download their favorite songs, get their mortgages and simply live their life in PEACE not pieces!

When we watch the news and see scenes of wreckage & carnage flashing across our screens, lets all remember this not forget these faces who could easily be our friends  or even members of our family.

A young rebel flees the frontline as they have been heavily shelled. The Shabab, the ‘young‘, an insurrection born a month ago in Libya fight against the government troops of Muhammar Ghadaffi.

Salah Ramadan, a civilian from the city of Benghazi, sits in his living room which had been stormed by a rocket 2 days ago. Ajdabiya has been under heavy fighting for two days.

The Shabab, the ‘Young’ tried to attack government forces of Qaddafi but they had to withdraw.

A child and his family flee Ajdabiya for Benghazi as the fighting continue near Brega. Cities near the frontline are almost empty after a month of fierce fighting.

Friday prayer in Ras Lanouf. The city hosting an oil terminal will fall a day after.
